The custodial field crew is an essential branch of custodial services and is based at the Independent Hill Complex. The custodial field crew is highly specialized in a variety of custodial projects and supports all schools and other offices and facilities.
The six-person custodial field crew performs programmable cleaning and restoration such as, but not limited to:
- Gym Floor Restoration
- High Cleaning (greater than 18 feet)
- Cleaning of Newly Renovated Schools and Buildings
- Cleaning of Newly Constructed Schools and Buildings
- Thorough Cleaning of Security Residences Upon Vacate
The custodial field crew responds to emergencies such as, but not limited to:
- Fires
- Flooding
- Outside Graffiti Removal
- Vandalism
Work Orders
Specialized custodial services that require the custodial field crew are processed through work orders in an expeditious manner. Work order requests should be electronically forwarded to Facilities Services via the School Dude Maintenance Direct work order system.
