The PWCS Planning team developed a Residential Construction Tracking Dashboard to align with Regulation 801-3," Residential Development Impact Statements."

This regulation and the workflow that it outlines allows for a more efficient and responsive feedback on residential development applications to the Prince William County Planning Office.
