Residential Construction Tracking Dashboard

The PWCS Planning team has developed a Residential Construction Tracking Dashboard that launched on August 2, 2024, to align with the implementation of updated Regulation 801-3," Residential Development Impact Statements." This updated regulation and the new workflow that it outlines will allow more efficient and responsive feedback on residential development applications to the Prince William County Planning Office.
