Finance Training
The Finance Training Specialist provides training to principals, finance specialists, and secretaries on Advantage Financial (AFIN) and Advantage Human Resource System (AHRS) software, as well as any updates or changes made in these programs. This office also provides a help desk for problems with entering time, leave, purchase orders (PD), master agreements (MA), and stock requisitions (SRQ).
New finance specialists are trained on all aspects of bookkeeping for the School Division as well as Student Activity Fund management. Any questions or problems pertaining to Student Activity Funds or Site Based management are handled by this office.
