Employee Compensation Information
The Office of Compensation & Classification, within the Human Resources Department, administers salary scales, job descriptions, and classification reviews. The office is also charged with compensation analysis to assist in the establishment of equitable and competitive pay levels.

- Grade and step, please log in to Employee Self Service (ESS), go to the "My Info" tab
- Contract or Assignment Notification with salary, grade, and step, please log in to PWCS Records, go to the "Files" icon on the left
- For inquiries related to placement on the salary scale, contact the specific hiring office in Human Resources Department
- Specific payroll related questions (direct deposit, tax forms, pay dates, etc.), visit the Payroll webpage
