ComPsych is available to provide an Employee Assistance Program and work/life balance services for our employees and their immediate family members.

Through your EAP, you can receive help and access information over the phone, in person or on the internet.

This free service is available to you and your family members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether you're having trouble finding a day care provider, feeling work-related stress or need assistance with a financial problem, your EAP can help. Professionals are available to help you address concerns such as:

  • Marital and family concerns;
  • Child and elder care issues;
  • Stress, anxiety and other emotional health topics;
  • Workplace concerns;
  • justiceLegal and financial issues;
  • Substance abuse and dependency; and
  • Health issues.
