Security Residents

The Office of Risk Management and Security Services manages the PWCS School Security Resident Program which currently houses residents in school apartments and trailer sites. The security resident resides on the school property in exchange for specified security services.

If you are interested in submitting an application, please complete the Security Resident Application (PDF) and mail to the Prince William County Public Schools, Office of Risk Management and Security Services, P.O. Box 389, Manassas, Virginia 20108. Contact the Office of Risk Management and Security Services for more details at 703.791.7210.

Attached to the application is a Background Investigation Release and Waiver, which must accompany the application. If the applicants are a couple, a Release and Waiver must be signed by each.

NOTE: Please make sure the Release and Waiver is witnessed by a person who is at least 18 years of age. If not, your application will be returned.

Please be advised that security resident applications are kept on file for one year from the date of submission. If you wish to remain on our list for a position, you will need to submit a new application each year. In addition, please note that there are no pets allowed in the program. No Exceptions.
