2022-23 Registration

PWCS SACC registration is held with our contractor, AlphaBEST Education. The online registration process is through EZChild Track AlphaBEST Parent Portal. First-time users must create an account. Returning customers will login and use this Parent Portal for registration, account payments, financial assistance, and important information. The PWCS SACC office does not maintain the registration site, enrollment information, or payment accounts.

To register your child(ren) for the SACC program, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.alphabest.org/pwcva, select Enroll Now, select Region (PWC), select New Parent/register, select New Account/register, select Continue. Please complete all four sections to successfully create an account. Now that you have created an account, please check your email. User ID/Password is needed to log into your account and complete step 2 to register the student(s).
  2. Log in to your account, select Register 2022-23, select Register, select Continue/Continue, select My Children, Register, Save and Enroll, select Activity (save), select Terms and Conditions, and either make payment or acknowledge that student(s) will be placed on wait list.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may take up to a week to process. While some sites are at capacity, AlphaBEST maintains an electronic waiting list on their parent portal. Please complete the registration process to be placed on your school's waiting list. You will be contacted by AlphaBEST if a spot becomes available.

Registration for the fall will be closed approximately one week before the start of school to prepare for the opening of the program on the first day. Registration will reopen on the Tuesday after the first day of school; however, late registering students will not begin the program until the following week.

When schools are closed for breaks, SACC offers a camp program. Enrollment in the winter, spring, or summer camp is available to all children currently attending Prince William County Public Schools. Current parents will find camp registration options on their EZChild Track Parent Portal. If your child is not currently enrolled in the school year SACC program, please begin the registration process by creating an account with AlphaBEST Education through their EZChild Track Parent Portal.

A registration fee is required and a copy of your child's physical and immunization records must be uploaded or faxed to the AlphaBEST office once the online registration is complete. Online registration is available for winter camp in late fall, for the spring camp in late winter, and for summer camp in early spring. Camp locations will vary each year to accommodate all PWCS families and schools.

Registration for the Next School Year

Registration for the SACC program begins after kindergarten registration takes place for school, approximately the third week in April. Registration is a first-come first-served basis and held online. Once program locations are at capacity, the online application will ask if you would like to place your child(ren) on the waitlist.
