Fees for School Year 2025-26

  • AlphaBEST: Non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child, per school year;
  • Winter and Spring Camps for grades K-5: Non-refundable deposit per child, per session; new families will also have a non-refundable registration fee per child; and
  • Summer Camp for grades 1-5 for the upcoming school year: Non-refundable registration fee of $47 per child.

Discounts and Penalty Fees

Penalty Fees

  • Late payment – $15
  • Late pickup – $1 per minute
  • Return check fee – $25
  • Non-sufficient funds fee – Maximum allowed by law

SACC Financial Assistance Application Process

Financial assistance is available to families in need of before- or after-school care but are having difficulty covering the cost. Those eligible to apply must be awarded PWCS free or reduced-price meals.

Financial Assistance funds are on a first-come, first-served basis and funded by AlphaBEST Education.
