Transition Services Resources

Transition Services refers to those programs and services provided by Prince William County Public Schools' Special Education Department that are specifically designed to prepare and support students with disabilities in their transition from high school to adult roles.



PWCS provides a range of employment opportunities within the school system, offering roles that span from teaching and administrative positions to support staff and specialized services, all aimed at fostering an enriching educational environment for students.
