PWCS Student Needs Assessment Previews
Below, you will find previews of the grade level specific back to school needs assessments that will be administered to students in grades 3-12. Students will be asked to complete this assessment during the first few weeks of the school year. The information obtained from this needs assessment will allow school-based mental health professionals to support students and parent/guardians with the greatest need. If a student is identified as having an emotional support need, the parent/guardian will be contacted to discuss a plan for support during the school day. If you do not wish for your student to participate in the needs assessment, please contact your student's assigned school counselor, via email, to make this request. Schools will start administering the assessment no earlier than September 6, 2022.
