Prince William County Public Schools

Kimberly A. Werle was appointed to serve as the Associate Superintendent for Eastern Elementary Schools in March 2022. She brings 25 years of experience in public education to the role.

Werle served as a teacher and school administrator in the Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) for the last 21 years, including 11 years of experience as a principal at three elementary schools in the school division. Before coming to PWCS, she taught elementary school students and served as a middle school coach at public schools in North Carolina and Virginia.

Werle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Early Childhood Education at Carlow University and earned her Master's in Education with an endorsement in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia.
