Rhonda Jeck, principal of Bristow Run Elementary School, is the 2021-22 Prince William County Public Schools Principal of the Year. She recently finished her sixth year as principal of Bristow Run Elementary.

Throughout her 30-year career in education, Jeck has served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, data coach, assistant principal, and principal. She believes in the importance of identifying the needs of children and making decisions that put their needs first. Jeck continuously reinforces the belief that educators must meet students where they are and figure out how to help them become the best versions of themselves. She sees herself as the person ultimately responsible for managing the school and ensuring positive progress that will benefit the students, parents, and staff.
