
The new Occoquan Elementary School will be replacing one of PWCS’ oldest elementary schools.
The new school will be PWCS’ first Net-Zero school and feature solar arrays on the roof and site canopies, an HVAC mechanical system using geothermal wells, and natural daylight optimized for all learning spaces with solar glare control. The new building is expected to increase the school's capacity by 226 students.
