The Prince William County School Board is responsible by law for the development, review, revision, and adoption of divisionwide policies to guide the operation of the Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS). The Superintendent advises the School Board regarding the development and adoption of policies, and oversees the development of regulations to implement School Board policies.
