The Procurement and Supply Services Department of Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) is the centralized purchasing and logistics office supporting all schools and departments through the ethical, efficient, and transparent acquisition and distribution of goods and services essential to teaching and learning.
The Procurement and Supply Services Department manages the full procurement lifecycle, provides distribution, delivery, mail and courier services, access to cost-effective supplies, and responsible surplus property disposition, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Guided by the PWCS Strategic Plan, Vision, Mission, and Core Values, Procurement and Supply Services partners with stakeholders to maximize the effective use of public funds, minimize risk, foster innovation and public confidence, and deliver exceptional customer service through integrity, fairness, open competition, and strong vendor relationships.
