Prince William County Public Schools uses Virginia's eProcurement Portal (eVA) for issuing formal solicitations. Registering with eVA allows vendors to select commodity codes that represent the goods or services for which they would like to receive notices of current bid opportunities. Once your business is registered in eVA, you will automatically receive electronic notices of bid and solicitation opportunities that are relevant to the commodity code(s) you selected during registration.
PWCS uses a procurement portal powered by Bonfire for accepting and evaluating bids. Register in Bonfire. Registration is free.

Submitting bids via the Bonfire portal is mandatory for solicitations issued by PWCS. PWCS does not accept bids submitted by paper, telephone, fax, or email in response to solicitations issued by PWCS, unless otherwise stated in the solicitation.
