The Office of the Ombuds compiles and analyzes data documenting the number and types of issues of visitors, and identifies trends, issues, and systemic concerns in annual and quarterly reports while protecting the anonymity of visitors.
The reports may include recommendations for systemic and organizational change, improvement, or resolution within Prince William County Public Schools, its schools, and its departments. The reports will also include the outreach activities conducted by the Office of the Ombuds and the professional development of staff assigned to the Office of the Ombuds.
