Alfonso Smith
Director of Student Activities ManagementPrince William County Public Schools (PWCS) appointed Alfonso Smith as the new director of student activities management on November 3, 2025. In this role, he oversees all student activities and athletics across the division, championing student growth, leadership, and resilience. Mr. Smith brings more than two decades of experience in education, having served as a school principal, director of student services, counselor, and coach.
