PWCS Proud! is an employee recognition program that publicly recognizes the exceptional contributions employees make to PWCS through their work.

Nomination Criteria

PWCS families, employees, and community members are encouraged to nominate PWCS employees who:

  • Contribute to one or more of the 2030 PWCS Strategic Plan Commitments
  • Exemplify PWCS' Core Values of equity, inclusivity, innovation, integrity, resiliency, and well-being
  • Provide exceptional contributions to PWCS through their work
  • Model high standards while creating a strong sense of community

Nomination Windows

  • Fall 2026

    Nominations Accepted: October 26 - November 20
    Recognition: December 

  • Spring 2027

    Nominations Accepted: February 11 - March 22
    Recognition: June

Selection Process

A selection committee comprised of PWCS staff will evaluate the submissions and select four employees, one from each of the eastern, central, and western area schools, and one from the departments/offices that support our schools.

Recognition

All nominees will receive a congratulatory email in recognition of their nomination. Each of the four selected employees will receive a recognition plaque at a PWCS Proud! worksite celebration and will be featured on PWCS social media.
