School Board Delegates to Professional Organizations and Committees

In accordance with Board Policy 131, the Prince William County School Board takes action annually regarding membership in professional organizations and selection of Board representatives to each organization.

At its January 6, 2026, meeting, the School Board approved the following actions and appointments for organizations/committees as follows:

  • Elect Lisa Zargarpur to serve as delegate to the Virginia School Boards Association Annual Convention in Williamsburg, Virginia in November 2026.
  • Elect Babur Lateef to serve as alternate to the Virginia School Boards Association Annual Convention in Williamsburg, Virginia in November 2026.
  • Appoint Loree Williams to serve as representative to the National Alliance of Black School Educators for 2026.
  • Appoint Tracy Blake and Jennifer Wall to serve as representatives to the Prince William County and Schools Joint Audit Committee for 2026.
  • Appoint Babur Lateef to serve as alternate to the Prince William County and Schools Joint Audit Committee for 2026.
  • Appoint Richard Jessie to serve as the representative on the Preschool Policy Council for 2026.
  • Appoint Jennifer Wall and Loree Williams to serve as representatives on the Student School Health Advisory Board for 2026.
  • Appoint Erica Tredinnick and Lisa Zargarpur to serve as representatives on the Safe Schools Advisory Council for 2026.
  • Appoint Babur Lateef, Tracy Blake, and Jennifer Wall to serve as representatives to the PWCS Internal Audit Committee for 2026.
  • Appoint Richard Jessie to serve as alternate to the PWCS Internal Audit Committee for 2026.
  • Appoint Justin Wilk, Tracy Blake, and Lisa Zargarpur to serve on the School Board Disciplinary Committee for 2026.
  • Appoint Loree Williams, Jennifer Wall, and Richard Jessie to serve as alternates on the School Board Disciplinary Committee for 2026.
