  • You may spend your day:
    • Driving a bus along assigned routes or assisting during transportation
    • Supporting students as they board, ride, and exit the bus

    • Conducting safety checks and following transportation procedures
    • Assisting students with specialized needs or equipment
  • School Bus Driver Requirements:
    • Minimum age of 18 years
    • 3 years of experience operating a motor vehicle
    • Successful completion of required background checks and screenings
    • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses
    • Completion of PWCS-provided training program
    • Demonstrated ability to operate a school bus safely and responsibly
    • Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
  • Bus Attendant Requirements:
    • Ability to support students with diverse needs
    • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
    • Ability to assist in emergency situations and provide basic first aid/CPR
    • Completion of required training programs
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
