Birthday Parties: Birthday parties that are canceled more than two weeks before the party date will receive a refund of 75% of the booking fee. Parties that are canceled within two weeks of their scheduled party will not receive a refund, but may have the option of rescheduling based on facility availability. In the case the facility closes due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, or water contamination, the Aquatics Center will refund 100% of the rental fee. Depending on facility availability, the party may be rescheduled.
Lap Swimming: Lap swimming reservations can be refunded up to the start of the reserved time slot.
Swim Lessons: Not attending the program does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When enrolled in a program, the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing regardless of whether the participant attends the program. When special circumstances arise where participation is not possible (e.g., family emergency), a participant may request an account credit or refund. No refunds will be given after the first day of class; no make-ups or refunds will be given for missed classes. When the facility temporarily closes due to events outside of our control (e.g., inclement weather, equipment failure, government shutdown order, etc.), guests will be issued a prorated program credit for each class or session missed, valid for 12 months toward any activity or membership. Credits will be applied to any past due or future scheduled payments.
Camps: Requests made more than 14 days before the day of the camp (or first day of the camp for multi-day camps) will be refunded in full. Requests less than 14 days before the start of camp will receive a 50% refund.

Account Credits: Credits on guest accounts are valid for 12 months, after which they will be removed.
