Become an Approved Fundraising Vendor
If the school is sponsoring a fundraiser and using a vendor is not on the Approved Fundraising Vendor’s List, the vendor will need to:
- Review “How to Become an Approved PWCS Fundraiser”
- Complete the Fundraising Activities Contractor's Agreement (PDF)
- Complete the Vendor Information Form (PDF)
- Complete the Certificate of Compliance Form (PDF) (if the vendor will be onsite)
- Return completed documents to the school finance specialist
