At the call of the Chairman At Large, the Prince William County School Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center, 14715 Bristow Road, Manassas, Virginia for the sole purpose of consulting with legal counsel in a closed meeting as authorized by School Board Policy 132 and Virginia Code § 2.2-3711 and § 2.2-3712. This meeting will be open to the public. However, the Board Members will immediately enter closed session to consult with legal counsel and staff members regarding an Office of Civil Rights complaint. There will be no citizen comment time.
Pursuant to School Board Policy 139, “School Board Member Participation in Meetings by Electronic Communication,” one or more School Board Member(s) may participate in this meeting through electronic means. If so, the Clerk will so note in the minutes of the meeting.
