Income eligibility is based on whether the family is applying for a 3-year-old or 4-year-old program.
3-Year-Old Program
Income limits for 3-year-old Pre-K classes are 130% of the federal poverty guideline.
Families who receive TANF, SNAP, SSI, or who are homeless are eligible for 3-year-old Pre-K classes. Children who are in foster care are also eligible for enrollment.
3-year-old Pre-K classes reserves 10% of the total enrollment for children with an IEP.
