In a dazzling ceremony, PWCS proudly unveiled the winners of the 2023-24 Outstanding Educators Awards. These exceptional employees have left an indelible mark on our educational community. This year, PWCS recognized finalists for Support Employee, Novice Teacher, Teacher, and Principal of the year at the awards ceremony.
The winners each received a $1,500 award sponsored by PWCS business partner, Apple Federal Credit Union.

- Teacher of the Year for grades 6-12, Blake LoPresti, Ronald Wilson Reagan Middle School
- Principal of the Year for grades Pre-K-5, Jennifer Perilla, Tyler Elementary School
- Principal of the Year for grades 6-12, Jim Dutrow, Lake Ridge Middle School
Also honored at the ceremony were the educators who received or renewed their National Board Certification, and outstanding mentors and lead mentors.
