Prince William County School Board elects Tracy Blake as Vice Chairman

The Prince William County School Board has elected Tracy Blake to a one-year term as Vice Chairman, effective January 8, 2025. Blake was elected to the School Board in November 2023 to represent the Neabsco Magisterial District. This is his first term serving as Vice Chairman.

Blake has served on several educational committees, including the Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Instruction and the Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Equity, both for Prince William County Public Schools. He has been a proactive advocate for equitable education, mental health services, and social-emotional learning.

During his tenure, Blake has been instrumental in various initiatives aimed at improving communication between schools and families, ensuring that all students have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Blake earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lincoln University in Missouri and a master’s degree in applied industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University.

Blake and his partner, Latrice, reside in Dale City with their three children, who attend Prince William County Public Schools.
