What Is StarBot?

StarBot is currently in its pilot phase, meaning it’s being actively tested and improved based on real user interactions. It’s built to respond to frequently asked questions and guide website visitors to the right resources on the PWCS website.

What can StarBot answer?

StarBot uses only publicly available information from the PWCS website. It can help with:

  • School calendar and events
  • Student enrollment and registration information
  • Transportation and meal services
  • Contact details and office hours

However, StarBot cannot:

  • Provide information from individual school websites or PWCS’ staff intranet
  • Provide specific student information
