Group of Red Ribbon Week art contest winners

Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) proudly recognizes the talented students who participated in the 2025 Red Ribbon Week Art Contest, showcasing their creativity and commitment to living drug-free. This year’s theme, “Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free,” inspired students in grades 1–8 to create artwork promoting healthy choices and prevention.

Mallory McKnight, PWCS substance abuse specialist, said, “Red Ribbon Week provides an opportunity for students to express their creativity while promoting the importance of living a drug-free and healthy lifestyle. This year's theme inspires students to share powerful messages of prevention through art. And we were so impressed by their talent and thoughtfulness.”
