  • Matthew Arndt: "A lot of sacrifices went into becoming a state champion. Being willing to go through the grind, being committed, and putting in the hard work. The result didn't show early in my career, but over time all the investments paid off."
  • Evan Sanati: “This year was a little different than all the other ones (due to injury). I worked tirelessly in physical therapy and by the grace of God I was able to return to wrestling. I came back hungry and refreshed.”
  • Sarah Congleton: I have been wrestling since I was five years old, so my journey has had its ups and downs. Winning at the first girls wrestling state tournament in Virginia is an honor that I share with my coach, my team, my school, my family, and the wrestling community that helped me get here and I am thankful for the support of PWCS.”
