PWCS Specialty Programs provide specialized academic and career pathways that prepare students for college, careers, and life through unique learning opportunities beginning in elementary school and continuing through high school.

During general information sessions, families will explore the variety of Specialty Program opportunities available to students, learn about the application process and important deadlines, and discover the resources and support available to help students and families make informed decisions.

Explore Specialty Programs

Explore Specialty Programs by school level to learn about the specialized academic and career pathways available to PWCS students in grades 1-12.

  • High school students can explore specialized academic and career pathways designed to prepare them for college, careers, and life. Opportunities include Specialty Programs, Advanced Academics, and Career and Technical Education (CTE), allowing students to earn college credit, industry-recognized credentials, and other postsecondary credentials while pursuing their interests.

  • Nine middle schools in PWCS offer Specialty Programs. These programs are available by application. Offerings include the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, Mathematics and Science, World Languages, and Traditional Schools.

  • PWCS offers a variety of Specialty Programs at the elementary level. These programs are available by application. Offerings include the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, World Languages, and Traditional Schools.

  • Traditional School Programs offer a highly structured academic environment for students in grades 1–8, emphasizing strong family involvement and a distinctive educational experience.
