Students in grades 1–8 are invited to showcase their creativity by drawing or painting a picture that reflects this year’s theme: "Life is a puzzle, solve it drug free."
Eligibility
Open to students in grades 1 through 8
One entry per student
Artwork Requirements
Must be two-dimensional (flat surface only)
Use white, manila, or black paper
Maximum paper size: 12” x 18”
Acceptable mediums: Crayons, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, paint, paper collage, or mixed media
❌ No digital art or 3D work
Mounting Instructions
Mount artwork to poster board (any color)
Final size must be:
No smaller than 8” x 10”
No larger than 12” x 18”
Preferred display size: 12” x 18”
Do not use foam board or matting
Labeling Instructions
Please include the following on the back of the artwork:
Student’s full name
Grade level
School name
Submission:
Students must submit artwork to their school art teacher at school. The art teacher will then submit via courier to:

Awards & Recognition
A panel of judges will select one winner per grade level
Winners will receive a swag bag filled with fun prizes and goodies
All winners will be recognized at the School Board Meeting on November 5, 2025
Winning artwork will be displayed at the Kelly Leadership Center
