Our goal is to provide access to professional and personal resources that enhance a sense of well-being, allowing staff to focus on delivering quality services to our community.
Benefits are important to employees and make up a significant portion of an employee's "total compensation package." To ensure that employees are knowledgeable about their benefit package, the Benefits and Compensation Department conducts new employee orientations and seminars throughout the year.
