Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) offers two plans:
Enrollment is limited to one plan option only. All full-time and part-time employees working 17 1/2 hours per week are eligible to enroll in the PWCS Delta Dental plans.
All new PWCS employees will enroll in health, dental, and vision benefits electronically coincident with their seated start date. Log in to the Employee Self Service (ESS) to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
Enrollment for midyear changes for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending: Contact the Benefits and Compensation Department at [email protected] to request required forms.
Employees may enroll in dental benefits without enrolling in medical benefits.

Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums are automatically withheld pre-tax through payroll deduction.

When can you enroll in Benefits?
All employees will be required to sign a Health Insurance Acknowledgment form on the New Employee Checklist.
