The PWCS Planning team developed a Residential Construction Tracking Dashboard to align with Regulation 801-3, "Residential Development Impact Statements."
This regulation and the workflow that it outlines allow for a more efficient and responsive feedback on residential development applications to the Prince William County Planning Office.
