The Nontraditional Education and Alternative Programs Department is dedicated to creating innovative educational pathways and support services for students whose academic, social, emotional, or behavioral needs are not fully met in traditional school settings. Our department offers a range of flexible, student-centered programs designed to promote success through personalized instruction, structured environments, and targeted interventions.
Provides eligible students who are out of school pending the outcome of disciplinary proceedings the opportunity to receive online educational services.
Offers high school students the opportunity to earn credits necessary for graduation, improve grades/GPA, or add courses that don't fit into their regular schedule.
Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management – Strengthens school safety by identifying and addressing potential threats through early intervention, ongoing case management, and coordinated support for students transitioning between educational settings.
Bullying Prevention, Allegation Review, and Investigation – Improves the school environment through a structured system that allows students, parents, and staff to report alleged bullying.
