Conferences hosted annually by the Professional Learning Department include the Elevate Excellence in Education (EEE) Leadership Conference and the Launching, Learning, Leading induction conference for new instructional hires.

The Elevate and Equity in Education (EEE) Leadership Conference is designed for administrators and teacher leaders to align the work of the school division’s vision, mission, and leadership to focus on our core business of teaching and learning through providing a full day of strategic and engaging learning sessions.
This conference serves as a platform to review the PWCS Elevate 2030 Strategic Plan, account for the progress toward realization, explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and foster collaboration in pursuit of a more inclusive and equitable education system.
The LLL induction conference is designed for new certified hires joining the division each school year. The two-day conference begins on day one with a school-based orientation at the employee's assigned school/work location in the morning, followed by division-led sessions at a local high school in the afternoon. LLL concludes on day two with a full-day session for educators.
