Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) posts Invitations for Bids, Request for Proposals, and related Addenda on Virginia's eProcurement Portal (eVA). 

Addenda

Interested parties are encouraged to check eVA often to obtain addenda. PWCS does not provide direct notification of changes to the original solicitation documents. Failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in rejection of your response as nonresponse.

Bid Tabulations

Tabulations for closed projects are posted on Virginia's eProcurement Portal (eVA). Once on the eVA website click "view opportunity." Tabulations are listed under the attachments section.

Inclement Weather and Closings - Impact on Solicitations

Due to inclement weather conditions or other emergencies, PWCS may elect to close schools and offices. If PWCS offices are closed, there will be an impact on solicitations. View the PWCS closings, delays, and emergencies webpage to learn more about weather cancellation procedures.

Delayed Opening: All times shall remain as stated in the Invitation for Bid.

Code Green: Any Optional/Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and all Bid Due Dates and Times shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid.

Code Orange: If a Code Orange falls on the date of any Optional/Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference or on the Bid Due Date, then the Optional/Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference or Bid Due Date and Bid Opening, as applicable, will be on the next business day that PWCS experiences a normal opening, a delayed opening, or Code Green, at the previously scheduled time.

Code Red: If a Code Red falls on the date of any Optional/Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference or on the Bid Due Date, then the Optional/Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference or Bid Due Date and Bid Opening, as applicable, will be on the next business day that PWCS experiences a normal opening, a delayed opening, or Code Green, at the previously scheduled time.
