- Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center (PEATC) – Provides a comprehensive overview of the services and resources available to military families, especially those with children who have disabilities. PEATC recognizes the unique challenges military families face, such as frequent moves and deployments, and how these factors can affect the education and well-being of children with special needs. Their website offers a variety of resources, including factsheets on behavior intervention plans, early intervention for infants and toddlers, high school senior stabilization programs, and transition planning for the future.
