Student Quick Pay
Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) use an online payment system (Student Quick Pay by Rycor) to collect school fees. The system offers a convenient, secure, and paperless way to manage and pay school fees from home.
Payments can be made using Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards.
Student Quick Pay allows parents to:
- Pay fees for multiple students at once
- View assessed fees and outstanding balances
- Print receipts and student account statements
The system supports payments for tuition, transcript requests, instrument rental, driver education, summer school programs, activity fees, library fines, field trip fees, and more.
Create Account and Link Student
Create an Account
Go to the Student Quick Pay website.
- Click the Sign In icon (desktop only)
- Click Create Account
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address
- Confirm your email address
- Select a password
- Confirm your password
- Next
Link Student
- Click Add Students
- Enter your student's student ID number and last name
- You can find the student ID number (labeled as "Perm ID") in the Student Info section of ParentVUE
- Click on the Add Student button
- The student will appear under the Linked Account window when they have been successfully added to your account
- To add additional students to your account, click on Add Students and repeat.
- If you do not have more children to add to your account, click on the Done button.
Make a Payment Online
Summary Page
If you have more than one student attached to your parent account, you will be brought to the Summary landing page, where you can see all of the children attached to your account.
Click on an individual student tab to view their fees, complete online forms, and add items to your cart.
Individual Student Account
If you only have one student attached to your parent account, you will immediately be brought to their student account page to view their fees, complete online forms, and add items to your cart.
Make a Payment
After adding items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right- hand corner to check-out and make an online payment.
Parents can make a single payment online that covers multiple children and unlimited fees and optional items at different schools across the district.

Guest Sign-Up
This will give visibility to items here available to the general public.
- Click Guest Sign-Up
- Click on the Create a Guest Account button
Staff
This will give visibility to any staff forms available.
- Click Staff Sign-Up
- Click on the Create a Staff Account button
