Immunization Clinics

The George Mason and Partners (MAP) clinic will administer no cost immunizations to students who are missing one or more required vaccines and are uninsured or have Medicaid. The MAP clinic is funded by a grant that provides vaccines at no cost to families for students who are uninsured or have Medicaid. Private insurance is not accepted at MAP clinics.

More information on required immunizations for students can be found on the PWCS health requirements webpage.

Parents may view information about their child’s compliance with required immunizations in ParentVUE. If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact your child’s school.  The school nurse can provide additional information on your child’s required immunizations.

If your student has already received all required vaccines, please provide proof to your student’s school nurse. 

MAP Clinic Information

• Appointments are required, no walk-ins will be accepted.
• Contact your child's school nurse to schedule an appointment.
• Students must be uninsured or have Medicaid.
• Download the parental consent form. Printed copies are available in the school clinic.
• Parents/guardians must accompany children to the clinic.
