Create an EZArrival Account

  1. Open the EZArrival app.

  2. From the login screen, select Create Account.

  3. On the select your school district screen, type in and choose Prince William County Public Schools.

  4. Choose if you want to register using a phone number or an email address.

    • Whichever you choose is what you will log in with every time.
    • Parents/guardians – use the phone number or email associated with your ParentVUE account.
    • Students – use your PWCS email address ([email protected]).

  5. Complete the registration process.

    For phone number:

    • Enter your mobile phone number in the box and select Send Verification Code.
    • Once you receive the verification code via text message, type it into the verification code box and select Verify.
    • Enter and confirm your password.
    • Enter Parent Account Information (first name, last name, and relationship to the student).
    • Select Agree & Join.

    For email address:

    • Select the Email option, enter your email into the text box, and select Verify.
    • Enter and confirm your password.
    • Enter Parent Account Information (first name, last name, and relationship to the student).
    • Select Agree & Join.

  6. Sign in to your account using the phone number or email address used to create your account.

Student not showing in your account?

If your EZArrival account information does not exactly match your parent/guardian details in PWCS' Student Information System, you will need to follow these instructions to link a student to your account.

Link a Student to an Account

Users who do not see their student(s) on the student screen in the app after creating an account and logging in will need to link the student to their account.

  • On the Students tab, select the Add Student (User icon with a plus sign, representing linking a student to the account) icon in the top left of the screen.
  • Enter the first name, last name, and date of birth for the student you want to link.
  • Tap Submit Request.
    • If the student information entered matches a student in the system, you’ll receive a confirmation message asking to send a verification code to the phone number on file for your student. Once you receive this code via text, enter it into the text field and click Verify.
    • If the confirmation message to link the student does not appear, the student information provided does not match a student in the system. Confirm you have entered the correct information. If you need assistance, submit a support request to PWCS Transportation.
