Cash or checks may also be used to place money on a student's meal account. Cash or checks must be given to the school's Food Service Manager. Checks must be payable to “Prince William County Public School's Food and Nutrition Department.”
Account balances for students remaining in PWCS for the next school year will stay on their accounts and will be available for them to use on the first day of school.
If your family is relocating from PWCS and your student's account has a remaining balance, you can:
Request remaining balance be transferred to a sibling or designated student still enrolled in PWCS.
Request remaining balance be contributed to a student in need of assistance within PWCS.
Request remaining balance be refunded. This will be sent as a check via mail. Please expect 4-6 weeks for processing.
