2026-27 School Year

Registration and enrollment for the 2026-27 school year opens on Thursday, May 7, 2026. 

How to Register

Families must register directly through AlphaBEST:

  • Visit the PWCS AlphaBEST website to learn more and complete registration
  • Or call 1-800-300-7750 for assistance

All School Age Child Care (SACC) registration and program information is managed by our partner, AlphaBEST Education. For full details, including program options, fees, and availability, please visit their website.

Important Notes

  • Registration is first-come, first-served and may take up to one week to process
  • If a site is full, you may join the waitlist through the AlphaBEST parent portal
  • You will be notified if space becomes available

Start of School Year

  • Registration typically closes about one week before school begins to prepare for opening day
  • Registration reopens shortly after the school year starts; however, newly registered students will begin the following week

Camps

AlphaBEST also offers programs during winter, spring, and summer breaks.

  • Current families can register through the AlphaBEST Parent Portal
  • New families should create an account on the AlphaBEST website to enroll

Additional Requirements

  • A registration fee is required
  • Student physical and immunization records must be submitted during registration
