Interested in applying to be an instructional coach or want to learn more?
Information sessions provide interested candidates with an overview of the hiring process and information about the position. Candidates will also have the opportunity to meet current instructional coaches during the session.
PWCS' instructional coaching program selects candidates for the instructional coaching hiring pool twice a year. The hiring pool process allows candidates to be offered positions whenever they become available.
Candidates applying to the program are encouraged to ensure their PWCS application is current and lists at least one current supervisor as a reference, and attend a virtual Instructional Coaching information session before the application deadline. We publish the application deadlines for the upcoming school year by July 1, 2026.
