The Integrated Professional Learning team supports Prince William County Public Schools by designing and coordinating high‑quality learning experiences that help educators grow, collaborate, and lead. Our work strengthens instructional practice across the division and ensures every staff member has access to meaningful, job‑embedded professional development.
What We Do
Lead Collaborative Learning Team (CLT) Support: Our team provides guidance, tools, and coaching to help schools implement effective CLT structures. We support teams in using data, refining instructional practices, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate Divisionwide Professional Learning: We organize learning opportunities, with other departments from the Teaching and Learning department, for teachers, school leaders, and support staff, ensuring that professional development is aligned with PWCS priorities and responsive to school needs.
Organize Conferences and Large‑Scale Learning Events: We design and manage divisionwide conferences and institutes that bring new educators and leaders together to learn from experts, share best practices, and engage in innovative professional learning.
