Teacher Professional Development/Workdays

All currently enrolled SACC students may attend full-day SACC on Professional Development Days, Teacher Workdays, and Parent/Teacher Conference Days at no additional cost. The all-day program (6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) includes breakfast, lunch, and snack.

Onon Professional Development Days, Teacher Workdays, and Parent/Teacher Conference Days SACC program locations may be combined.

Parents must pick up and drop off their children at the assigned host school. Please check your parent bulletin board for information.

March 28, 2025 - Teacher Workday Host School/Location Information

Students who regularly attend SACC at a base school that is closed on March 25, 2025, will attend at the designated host school.

Half-Day Elementary Parent/Teacher Conference Days

When school is dismissed early on half-day elementary parent-teacher conference days, SACC is open from early dismissal until 6:30 p.m. All currently enrolled after-school and before- and after-school students may attend afternoon SACC on those days. Before-school only students may not attend afternoon SACC. There are no additional fees for these children on parent-teacher conference days.

2024-25 School Year Camps

6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Enrollment in the winter, spring, and summer camps is a separate registration and is available to all children in Prince William County Public Schools. If your child is not currently enrolled in the school year SACC program, a registration fee and required documents must be submitted to AlphaBEST during the online registration process. Online registration is available for winter camp in late fall, spring camp in late winter, and summer camp in early spring.

2024-25 Spring Camp

Spring Camp will be from Monday, April 14, 2025, through Friday, April 18, 2025.
