The PWCS Recruitment team serves as a strategic partner in building and sustaining a high-quality workforce for Prince William County Public Schools. Through strategic outreach and partnerships, the team connects talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities while advancing divisionwide recruitment and retention efforts. The team also promotes programs that strengthen the educator pipeline and support long-term workforce success.

• Coordinates recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent.
• Develops and supports recruitment, retention, and specialty programs that strengthen the educator pipeline.
• Partners with schools, departments, universities, and community organizations to meet staffing needs.
• Supports innovative staffing initiatives, including Growing Our Own and other specialty recruitment programs.
