Our team works to attract, identify, and select strong leaders for both school-based and central office roles, ensuring each step of the process is clear, efficient, and aligned with division priorities.
In addition, we offer targeted professional development opportunities for PWCS employees and candidate pool members who aspire to central office management or school-based leadership roles—strengthening leadership capacity across the division and preparing the next generation of PWCS leaders.
In PWCS, there are two categories of administrative roles. We offer school-based leadership positions and central office management positions.
School-based leadership roles include Administrative Intern, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, Principal, and more.
Central office management positions include Administrative Coordinator, Project Manager, Supervisor, Director, and more.
